THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the ~day of March, A. D.
,1966, by LEROY WOLF arid DORIS WOLF, his wife, and ROBERT WARREN
WOLF and VILMA WOLF, hia wifP, being and constituting the sole heirs
at law and beneficiaries under the Will of Muriel A. Wolf, hereafter .
called the grantors, to WYNIFRED M. OFFICER, whose postoffice address

the grantee:
