1. It is agreed that E. CARTHOH will deed to D. A. D. ~

building on ths above-described property~ and redeed said
property to S. CAHTHON upon his p~eqing D. A. D. ~ IIdC. the

2. If the szi.d co tion o~ th~ building costs less than

and in event any difference between the actual cost of
