EASEMENT AGREEMENT Page 2. of the spoil easement to the Central and Southern Florida Flood Control District for 240 feet to the Eastern boundary of a 25 foot road designated on the Plat of United Groves, as recorded in Plat Book 12, at Paqes 29-A and 29-B of the public records of St. Lu~ie County, Florida; thence run Northerly along said Sastern boundary of said roadway, a distance of 45 feet; thence run Easterly 240 feet more or les~ to a point 45 feet due North of the point of begi~nning; thence run South to point of beginning. In addition thereto, PARTIES OF THE FIRST PART rereby grant unto PARTY OF THE SECOND PART, it's successors and assigns a non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress ~ purposes, without restrictions, over and upon that certain bridge situated i~nediately Southerly of the above-described ~ parcel of land, which said bridge crosses over Central and Southern Florida Flood Control District Permanent Right-of- Way and,spoil easement. This easement shall cease and detenmine upon the satis- faction of the following mortgages to the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company. A. Mortgage from Paul H. I~effmann and Theo H. Leffmann, his wife and Albert Green and Esther Green, his wife i ~ to Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company in the amount of $144,000.00. B. Mortgage from James W. Piowaty and Deborah Piowaty, his wife to Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Com- pany in the amount of $50,000.00.
