THIS INDENTURE, Made this day of Apri~, 1966, BEIWEEN
DAVID HARRISaN, individually, and respectively as Agent and as
Trustee for Paul R. Yager and Henry M. Yager, and in such capacity
as Trustee as a limited partner of The Yagrove Co., a limited partner-
ship, and joined by BELLE R. HARRISO[~1, his wife; and, JOSEPH THIEBER~G
aad LILLIAN R. THIEBER+G, his wife; and, DORA POLLOCK and MORRIS
PaLLOCK, her husband; and, SARA~~ H. YAGER and LEt~1ARD M. YAGER, her

husband; and, KALMAN LIEP~R and HILDA LI~R, his wife; and, J. ALLEN
YAGER, individually, and as general partner of The Yagrave Co., a
limited partnership, and HILDA M. YAGER, his wife, grantors, and

undivided one-half each, whose post office address is 2939 Van Ness
Street N. W., Washington, D. C., grantees,
W I T N E S S E T H, That said grantors, for and in consideratian
of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideratians
to said grantors in hand paid by said grantees, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the said
grantees, the grantees' heirs and assigas forever, the follawing
described land, situate and being in St. Lucie Countq, Florida, to-
