The undersigned, each first being duly sworn on their
respective several oaths, depose and say:
1. That 3ointly and severally they constitute all of those
parties who individually or in any capacitq whatsoever, are
seized of, or entitled to, any right, interest or title, legal
or equitable or of character whatsoever, in and to the following
real estate in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to-wit:
Government Lots 5 and 6, Section 19, Township
35 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida, LBSS that certain portion of Govern-
ment Lot 6 co~veyed to the State of Florida,
in Deed Book 203, page 231, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida;
TOGETAER with any and all riparian rights
thereunto appertaining;
SUBJECT to easementa, reservations and restric-
tions of record; ~~ft~ _
; zoning regulations; and taxes for tt~e
years 1966 and thereafter,
being that land by them acquired by that ~ertain deed by ANNA
i RROHNE, individually and as trustee, and joined by WILLIAM F. ~

~ RROHNE, her husband, dated June 12, 1961 and filed for record in ~
e
the office of Clerk of Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, in Official Record Book 12, page 582.
2. That the said grantee by such deed was by the~, and now
is, constituted as their agent by that certain agreement dated the
9th day of October, 1957, a copy of which with all amendments
thereto is annexed as part and Exhibit "A" hereof; and, theq as
principals do assert the same is now in full force and effect and
do ratify and confirm as their act the aforesaid grant in the
name of their agent and the terms, conditions and provisions of
that certain contract for sale of said lands to HOI~R HOYT and
GERTRIJDE M. HOYT dated March 19, 1966.
