W I T N E S S E T H:
That for and in consideration oP the sum of Ten Dollars
(=10.00), cash in hand paid and other gond and valuable
considerations, the receipt of all of Which is hereby
acknoWledged, the Grentors do hereby GRANT and CONVEY unto
the Grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida and being Lots 4, 5 and 6 of Block 2 of
Maravilla Plaza, as per plet thereof recorded in Plat Book
5 at page 44, in the office of the Public Records oP St.
Lucie County, Florida, together With all the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in

The Grantors hereby covenant With said Grantee that the
