W I T N E S S E T H:
That for and in consideretion of the sum of Ten Oollars
(=10.00), cash in hand paid and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt of all of Which fs hereby
acknoWledged, the Grantor does hereby GRANT and CONVEY unto
the Grantee~ all that certain land situate in St. lucie
