MORTGAGE I~DIFICATION AGREEMENT J
WHEREAS, on the 30th day of December, 1964, FRANK A. GUERRI
and JOHN C. GUEI~RIERO made and executed a certain Mortgage to
BERTHA RUSSAKIS, and the same was thereafter filed and recorded i
Official Record Book 107, Page 339, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, covering the following described lands in St.
Lucie County, State of Florida, to-wit:

Lot 12, Block 2, CARLTONtS ADDITION TO FORT PIERCE '
FLORIDA, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book
page_168, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ;
TOGETHER WITH all furniture, fi.xtures and equipment.

WHEREAS, the said Mortgage being given to secure that certai
promissory note of even date, in the sum of THIRTY ONE THOUSAND
AND NO/100 DpZLARS ($31,000.00), payable in monthly instalLnents
of TW~ HUNDRID FORTY TWO AND 77/100 DOLIARS ($242.77), beginning

on the lst day of March, 1965, and a like amount on the lst day
of each and every month thereafter until paid in full.
WHEREAS, the undersigned parties acknowledge a mutual mistak~
by virtue of a FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/109 ($500.00) excess in and to
the mmount due the Mortgagee»Holder, and
WHEREAS, the undersigned parties desire and intend by this
inatrument to change and modify the terms of said Mortgage and Not
by reducing the principal amount of said Note and Mortgage in the
amouttt of FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/I00 DOLIARS ($500.00). i
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AiGREEMENT WITNESSETH:
