THIS DBED, made this :=G day of April, 1966, by ST. LUCIS
COUNTY. FLORIDA, party of the first part, and SAINT LUCIE COUN~Y
JUVF•NILE FOUNDATION, INC., a Florida nonprofit corporation, whose
mailing address is Post Office Box No. 1418, Fort Pierce, Florida,
~ party of the second part.
~ WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and
in considcration of the sum of $1.00 to it in hand paid by the
party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained and sold to the party of the second part,
its successors and assigns, forever, the following described land,
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida:
The North 200 feet of the NW~ of the
SW~ of the SW~ of Section 32, Township -
35 South, Range 40 East, LESS the West
50 feet thereof.
IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED by and between the parties
j hereto that this deed is executed and delivered subject to the

(a) Upon the completion of said juvenile home and
its acceptance by the County, the SAINT LUCIE COUNTY

JUVENILE FOUNDATION, INC. shall reconvey said land and
the improvements thereon to the County free and clear
of all liens and encumbrances;
If within two (2) years from this date, the
SAINT LUCIE COUNTY JUVENILE FOUNDATIOI~-, INC. has not let
a contract for the construction of a juvenile home on
said land, title to said land shall revert to the County.

(c) If aaid land is used for any purpose other than ' .
