WITNESSETH: That the said partie$of the first part, fotand in consideratwn of the sum of.One Dollar (s1.00) and
other valuable aonsiderations paid by the pa~ry of the second pa~t, the reoeipt whe~eof is hereby ecknowledfled, do

Beginning at a point on the centerline of Juanita Avenue,
said point being on the $ast line of said Section 32 and
- 1320 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Section 32
according to the Plat of PARADISB PARK recorded in Plat
Book 8, Page 17 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
From said point of beginninq run Westerly 2661.87 feet,
more or less, to a point on the quarter section line of
- said Section which is 1301.51 feet North of the Southwest
corner of the SS~ of said Section 32 as measured along said
quarter section line; thence continue Westerly 2668.63 feet, .
more or less, to a point on the West line of said Section 32,
said point being the centerline of Juanita Avenue as shown
on Plat of EARMONY ~IGHTS, NO. 4 as recorded in Plat Book 9, ~
Page 71 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County and beinq
1332.3 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Section 32 •
