This deed is given sub~ect to that certain
mortgage dated November 6th, 1964, in the
principal amount of $10,000.00 executed to
the Citizens Federal Savings & Loan Association
of St. Lucie County, recorded in Off icial Record
Book 102 at Page 438 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, which the grantees
herein assume and agree to pay.
Together with all and singular the tenements, heredit
aments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining.
To Have and To Hold the same unto the said parties of
the second part, and to their heirs and assigns, in fee
simple forever.
. And the said party of the f irst part doth hereby covenant
to and with the said parties of the second part, their heirs
and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in and about
said sale and this conveyance, the orders of said Court and
the laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in
all respects.
