THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made the a? ,day of May.'.,
1966, by GLADYS R. DANIELS, a widow, surviving spo~se of Clarence E.
Daniels, hereinafter called the grantor, to JAMES C. RO~ERS, JR. and
MARY H. ROGERS, his wife, whose postoffice address is Route 1,
Antrim, New Hampshire, hereinafter called the grantees:
W I T N E S S E T H: That the grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10. 00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledge, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
