THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the` 6th day of April,
19 66 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE.
hereinafter called the Grantors, to LILLIAN G. DAVILS.

hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of
$ 10.00 , and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does grant, baryain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lot(s) numbered 12 , Block numbered 87 Unit numbered 8,
~ LAKEWOOD PARK, according to the Plat thereof recarded in Plat Book 11,
pagel9 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining. _
TO HAVE AND ~O HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with 3aid Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and iawful author-
ity to sell anci convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
_ said land and will defend the same against the lawful clafms of all persons
~ whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub-
division plat. ~
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed Hook 239,
at Page 415 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Subject to taxes for the year 1966 and subsequent years.
