W I T N B S S S T H, That if the party of the aecond part
shall first make the payments and perform the covenante hereinafter
. mentioned on her part to be made and performed, the said parties of
the first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to
the said partq of the aecand part, her heire, executora, administra-
tors or assign8, in fee simple, clear of all enc~nbrances whatever,
by a good and sufficient deed, the lot, piece or parcel of land,
situated in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, known and
described as follaws, to-wit:

SUBDIVISIO~T, according to plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 3, page 85, public records of St. Lucie
Caunty, Florida, rua East alang the North line of
said Lot 9, a distaace of 787.60 feet, thence rua
South parallel with the West line of said Lot 9,
a distance of 150 feet to the point of beginning,
thence continue South 75 feet, thence rua West
150 feet, thence rua North 75 feet, thence run East
150 feet to the point of begiiming.
and the said party of the second part hereby covenante and agrees to
pay to the said parties of the first part the svm of NII~1E THOUSAND
D~ ($9,000.00) in the manner follawing;
Five flundred Dollare ($500.00) upon the egecution of this
agreement, the receipt of which is hereby ackaowledged, and Five
Hundred Dollars, ~ithout intereat, in moathly installments of One
Himdred Dollars ~$lOQ.00) per manth for five consecutive mantha
commencing Maq , 1966. The bal~ce of EI(~T TSOUSAND
DOLLARS, trrifih intereat from date at the rate of six per cent per
annum, shall be payable ia monthly installments of $62,65, said
