Thie conveyance is contingent upon the~l~rantor, its successors or
assigns being relieved fror~ a,~d granted a waiver by the Grantee af any
assessments for capital 3mprovement.q.which the C1ty may install and
which abut the ad~oining lands to the Right-of-way herein being granted
said improvements including but not being limited to the following:
street paving, curbing, gutters and sidewalks; water and sewerage, gas,
electricity, white way lighting and any other improvements.
This waiver of special assesaments shall be for a period of 10
years from the date of the execution of this deed, or 10 years from the
date of the aceeptance thereof by the City oP Fort Pierce by proper
Resolutton which ever period of time is greater, and ahall appl~ to the
grantor, its successors or assigns during said period of 1~ ye a,
upon the expiration of said period of 10 years, said w~ of~pe¢~~
asaessments shall thereupon cease and terminate. ~
