point of beginning; thence run South paralltl to the West R/W line of U.S.Highway No. l, a
distance of 136 feet; thence run Mest, paratlel to the North boundary line of said Lot 258,
a distanca of ~5 feet; thence run North parallel to the West R/M iine of U.S.Hi hway No. 1, -
