WARRANTY DEED .
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the day of May, A. D. 1966,

by O. C. PETERSON and OLIVE D. PETERSON, his wife, hereinafter
called the grantors, to LILLIAN H. DAME, a widow, whose postoffice
address is 120 North 11th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called
the grantee:
W I T N E S S E T H: That the grantora, for and in consideration
of the sum of ~10. 00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys~ ~ and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land
