PARTI,AL SURRENDER OF LEASE
THIS AiGREffir1ENT, made this ~~~g Q£ M~y, A. 3~.
1966, between HERBffitT PULITZER, JR. and LILLIAN McRIM PULITZER,
his wife, awners of the hereinafter described property, and
INDIAN RIVER SHOPPING CENTER, INC., a Florida corporation,
Lessee of said property;
~IHERF,AS, bq lease dated July 5, 1968, between
said awners and said Lessee, Lessee leased those certain
~ lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, described in Exhibit A
attached hereto and m~ade a~art hereof; and
WHERBAS, Lesaee has not utilized any of said demised
premises except that land upon which is situated a bowling alley
and parking area;
NOf~1, THEREFORE, in consideration of the aum of Ten
Dollars and other valuable consideratiQns paid bq Owner to Lessee,
receipt whereof is herebq acknowledged, Lessee surrenders and
yielda up to the Owner that portion of the demised premises more
particularly described in Exhibit B attached hereto and made a
part hereof, to have and to hold the same for the unexpired resi-
due of said term, to the intent that the same term may be extin-
guished as it applies to said land described in Exhibit B.
IN WITNESS WIiEREOF, the parties hereto have caused
these presents to be executed on this, the dap and year first
above written.
