The undersigned gives notice as provided in Section 84.131 Florida Statutes
that improvements, described as a Terminal Building for Central Truck Lines,
Inc., will be commenced within 30 days after the recording of this notice upon
the r~al property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
The South 250 feet (as measured along Old Dixie Highway) of
t}?e East 250 feet (as measured along Naco Road) of that part
of the SW~ of NW~ of Section 33, Township 34 South, Range 40
East lying West of Old Dixie Highway and North of Naco Road.
Owned by: CENTRAL TRUCK LINES, INC. , 600 International Building, Tampa,
Florida, in fee simple.
The firm who will make said unprovements under direct contract is : W. W.
ARNOLD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. , P.O. Box 880, Fort Pierce, Florida.
The name and address of the surety on the payment of bond as provided under
Section 84. 231 Florida Statutes is: Home Owners Insurance Company, Minneapolis,
Minnesota, and the amount of such bond is $26, ?13.49.
The name and address of the owner's authorized agent within this State on
whom may be served notices or other documents concerning said improvements
is: Central Truck Lines, Inc. , c/o Fee, Parker & Neill, P~ O. Box 1000, Fort
Pierce, Florida.
