and recordecl in Official Records Hook 100, page 543, Public
Recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida= and as modified by that
certain MQdification Agreement dated May 22, 1964, and recorded

WI~RSAS, the hereinabove described Agreement grants unto
Blue Goose a lien on the real property described as follows,
