was one and the same person as FREDDA C. DEAN, one of the
mortgagors in that certain mortgage to the First Federal
Savings & Loan Association of Fort Pierce recorded in Mort-
gage Book 61, at Page 297 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. Af£iant further says that the said ELOISE
' C. DEAN, also known as FREDDA C. DEAN, was one of the sisters
i of the Affiant and that she is now deceased.
