AFFIDAVIT
Clyde P. Platts, first being duly sworn, deposes and
says, that he is the Executive Vice President of Citizens
Federal Savings and Loan Aseociation and that he has seen
and examined the oriqinal Note and Mortgaqe dated Septem-
ber 19, 1960, from RUBY M. LAYFIELD to JnHN P. STANN AND
MARY STANN, his wife, recorded in O. R. Book 168 on Paqes
200-202, covering the following described property:
The S~ of the N1~~ of the SW~, EXCEPTING THERSFR4M
the West 99 feet of the North 440 feet thereof, to
cemetery - all in Section 28, Township 35 South
Ranqe 39 $ast.
And knows that said Mortgage and Note have been paid in
full and has corresponded with the owners thereof and that
they acknowledge that it is paid in full, but have not yet
siqned a Satisfaction of said Mortgage.
