RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED 1~~~~ ~
THIS INDENTURE, Made this the 12th day of May, A.D., 1966 be-
tween JAKE REDDICK and DAISY REDDICK, his wife, parties of the
first part, and CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a Municipal Corporation of the
State of Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH: That the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the swn of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other

valuable considerations to them in hand paid by the party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have '
granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents do grant, bar-
gain and sell to the said party of the second part, its successors
and assigns, a perpetual ea~ement and right-of-way over, upon and
across the following described land, lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit: .
The East 25 Feet of the West 35 Feet and the
North 25 Feet of Tract 10, GAftDEN CITY FARMS,
- in Section 4, Township 35 South, Range 1~0 East,
as per Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 2,

This deed is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the
party of the second part, its successors, legal representatives an

for drains and drainage ditches, street and utilities, and public
utilities purposes; and the said parties of the first part do
hereby warrant the title to said lands, and wi11 defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, claiming by,
- through or under parties of the first part.
