recorded in Qeed Book 152, page 380, of the public records of Saint Lucie County,
Flo~ida; run thence South 13 degrees, 47 minutes Mlest :55.29 feet to the North
right of way line of State Road A-1-A (Seaway Drive); thence along the No~th right
of way line of State Road A-1-A run on a circular curve concave to the South of a
radius of 766.8 feet and a central angle of 5 degrees 48 minutes, 77.9 feet; thence
South 70 degrees 18 minutes East along the North right of way line of State Road
A-1-A,172.1 feet to an iron pipe marking the Southeast corner of the John Stenroos
property and the Reference Point of the Tract herein described:
From said Reference Point continue Easterly along the Northerly right of way of
State Road A-1-A 115 feet for point of beginni~g; thence continue Easterly along
said North right of way line for a distance of 60 feet; theace turn and run in a
Northe~ly di~ection to a point on the North Shore of Causeway Island and Indian
River 144 feet East of that point on said River Shore which bears North 13 degrees
47 minutes East at a distance Qf 247 feet fran Reference Point; ther~ce meandering
the North shore of Causev~ay Island and Indian River, run 4lesterly 52 feet more or
less to a point on said River Shore which is 92 feet East of that point on said
River Shore which bears North 13 degrees 47 minutes East at a distance of 247 feet
from the Reference Point; thence Southe~ly along the East line of Elmer Book's
property 266 feet more or less to the Point of BEginning.
TOGETHER with ail reparian and littoral riqhts.
Together with all buildings, improvements, fiatures or
appurtenances now or hereafter erected thereon or placed there-
in, including ell apparatus, equipment, fiatures or articlea,

are hereby pledged, assigned, transferred and set over unto the

vided in the Sepplementel Agreement secured hereby. The Mort-
~agee is hereby subrogated to the rights of all mortgageeos,
lienhol3ers and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan
hereby secured.
