In this instrument the sin~ular shall inc?ude the plural,
and the masculine shEll include the feminine end neuter. All
rights and obligat ivns under this mortgage ahall extend to and
be binding upon the respective heirs, eaecutors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
