On lday 13, 1966, Donald R. Wells, a aingle adult, and Jeri L.
Hoke, a single adult, ae,l~ortgagors, executed and delivered a
mortgage deed to St. Lucie County Bank, as l[ortgagee, which
mortgage was recorded in Official Record9 Book 145, Page 374,
Public Records of 3t. Lucie County, Florida.
3ince the eaecution of said mortgage, said Donald R. Wella
and Jeri L. Hoke have become husband and wife, and ehall hereafter
be kno~vn as Donald R. Wells and Jeri L. wells. ~
The description contained in said mortgage is incomplete in
that it failed to include that certain easement described in Deed
from Stuart Development Corporation to Charles A. Lundaten and
iolet D, Lundsten, huaband and wife, dated l~arch 27~ 1862, record
d in Official Records Book 49, Page 300, Public Records of 3t.

In consideration of $1.00 and other good and valnable consid-
