1. That portion of a public road in St. Lucie County, Florida
described as follows:
~ The North 15 feet and the South 15 feet of that
portion of Olive Avenue that liea between 40th
Street and 41at Street according to the plat of
Pinehurst as recorded in Plat Book 6, at Page 9,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
r Florida,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned, and any
right o~ St. Lucie County and the public in and to the landa lying
within said right of way is hereby disclaimed and renounced.
2. Tha~ a Notice of the adoption of this Resolution shall
be published in The News Tribune, Fort Pierce, Florida, one time
within thirty (30) days of the date hereof .
3. That the proof of publication of the Notice of Fublic
Hearing, a certified copy of this Reso2ution, and the proof of
publication of the Notice of adoption of this Resolution be re-
