observance of all the covenants aud conditiona in the Bonds and the
Indentnre and herein contained, and to declare the terme and conditions
upon and subject to wluch the~ Bonds are, and are to be, seanred, has
eaecuted and delivered this Snpplemental Indenture and doee hereby
ratify and eonfirm unto the Trustees all property heretofore con-
veyed to them nnder and by virtne of the Indentnre and i~ereby ac-
knowledgea and oonfirms that it has granted, bargained, sold, war-
ranted, alienecl, remised, rel~eased, conveyed, assigned, transferred,
mortgaged, hypothecated, pledged, set over, conSrmed and created a
~ seanrity interest, and by these preaents dcea grant, bargai.n, sell,
~ warrant, alien, remise, release, convey, assign, tranafer, mortgage,
hypothecate, pledge, set over, confirm and oreate a aecnrity intereat
(a) nnto the Trnstee, its succeasora in the trnat and its and their
asaigns, forever, and (b) ae to all real property and tangible personal
property in the State of Florida, nnto the Trnsteea, their encoeasors
in the trnst and their assigne, forever, all premiaes, property, fran-
chises and righta of every ~nd and desaription, re~l, personal and
mized, tangible and intangible, now owned or, enbjeat to the provisions
of lrtide 13 of the Indentnre, hereafter aoqnired by the Company,
wherever located, and inclnding all and singnlar the following desaribed
