Together ~vith all the right, title and interest of the Company now
owned or hereafter aoquired in and to all and singnlar lands, real
eatate, chattela real, anrface leases, surface rights, rights-of-way,
easements, servitndes, transportatiou systems, distribnting systems,
gathering systems, pipe lines, pipe line equipment, pipes, atations, sub-
stations, meters, meter houscs, regulators and regulator houses, tanks,
gates, uompressors, compressor eugines, compresaor stations, telephone
and telegraph lines, electric power lines, poles, wires, anziliary eqnip-
inent, casings, oil or gas wells, oil or gas well eqnipment, valves, oil
or gas lcase equipment, bridge licenses and bridge rights, francsluses,
, permits, privileges, granta, leases, consents, licensea and patent rights,
' and also all plants, buildings and strnctures, with their fiatnres and
' appnrtenances, and all machinery, mechanical eqnipment, electrical
~k equipment, and machine shops, now owned or hereafter constrncted
f or acqnired, of whatever character and wherever situated, all of whiah
are to be considered as part and parcel of the real estate covered
hereby and all of which, toge~her with snch real estate, are to be
oonaidered and dealt with aa a whole, and all of which movable prop-
erty located witLiu the State of Louisiana is hereby declared immovable
by destination.

of the contracts and agreements described in Eshibit "D" of ~rticie 4
hereof, and nnder, in and to all revieions, alteratione, modificatione,
amendments, ehanges, eatensiona or renewals of or replacements for
all of the foregoing which are hereafter entered into, the Company,
- however, remaining liable to observe and perform all the cenditions-
and covenants in said contracts and agreemente provided to be observed
and performed by it. Copies of the contract$ and agreementa deseribed
in said Eahibit "D certified by the Seeretary or an Assistant Secre-
tary of the Company, to be true copies of the originals thereof, I~ve
been lodged with thc Trnstee simultaneously with ~he egeention hereof.
