Together with all and singnlar the tenements, hereditaments and
appnrtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to the aforeeaid
property or any part thereof, with the reversion and reversions, re-
mainder and remainders, and, snbjec:t to the provisions of drticles 7
and 8 of the Indentnre, the tolls, rents, revennes, iasnes, earnings, in-
come, prodncts and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest
and claim whatscever, at la~v as well as in eqnity, which ~he Company
now has or may hereafter acqnire iu and to tLe aforesaid property and
every part and p8rc~e1 thereof.

Indentare.
