any Bond or conpon of any other series, by reason of priority in the
time of the issue, eale or negotiation thereof, or by reason of the pur-
pose of iasne or otherwise howeoever, eacept as herein otherwise ea-
pressly provided :

if the Company, its sncceasors or asaigns, shall pay or canse to be
paid unto the holders of the Bonds the principal, interest and premium,
if any, to become due in respect thereof at the times aud in the mauner
atipulated therein and herein, and shall keep, porform and observe all
and singnlar the covenants and promisea in the Bonds and conpons and
in the Indenture (as therein defined) ezpresaed to be kept, performed
and obaerved by or on the part of the Company, then thia snpple-
mental Indenture and the estate and rights hereby granted ahall cease,
~ determine and be void, otherwise to remain in fnll force and effect;

~ tween the parties hereto, that all the Bonds and conpons are to be
issued, anthenticated and delivered, and that all the Trust Estate
is to be held and spplied, subjeat to the fnrther covenants, conditions,
nsea and trnsts hereinafter set forth; and the Company, for itself
and ita snccesaora, does hereby covenant and agree to and with the
Trustee (and where applicable to Florida Property, with tLe Trastees)
- and its snccessors in said trnst, for the benefit of those who shall
