THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 6th day of April,
19 66 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE,
hereinafter callpd the Grantors, ta I~LEN M. BOYCS,
whose postoffice address is Route 2, Box 307, '
Santa Fe, New Mexico
hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETN: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of
$ 10.00 , and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby '
acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto the qrantee, all that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lot(s) numbered 15 . Block numbered 133 , Unit numbered 10,
LAKEWOOD PARK, according to the Plat t?~ereof recorded in Plat Book 11,
. page 29, Public Records of S~. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and lawful authar-
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful c~aims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub-
division plat.
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed BoOk 244,
at Page 349. Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Subject to taxes for the year 19 66 and subsequent years.
