In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,
and ~he masculine sh~ll include the teminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindin~ upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgr~;ee.
