ment Corporation, Inc., a dissolved Florida Corporation, at
the time of its dissolution and as such as Trustees of the
property of such dissolved corporation for the benef it of
stockholders, parties of the f irst part, and JOS~PH J.
DeMAMBRO and ANNA LOU DeMAMBRO, his wi£e, of the County of
St. Lucie in the State of Florida, parties of the second part,
whose Post Office address is: 230 Garden Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida.
WITNESSETH: That the said parties of the f irst part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dallars
and other valuable consideration, to'them in hand paid by the
said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the said
