SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT.
WHSREAS, a mortgage dated April 10, 1964, was qiven
by INDIAN RIV~R MINERALS, INC., to THE BARNETT NATIONAL BANK
OF JACKSONVILLE (now the BARNETT FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
JACKSONVILLE), which mortgage was recorded in the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St.
Lucie, Florida, in Official Records Book 87, Page 208, and
. encumbers the property therein particularly described to
secure the payment of the sum of One Hui~dred Eighty Thousand
and 00/100 Dollars ($180,000.00), with interest as therein
mentioned; and
WHEREAS, the mortgagor has agreed to grant a non-
exclusive easement to CHRYSLER OUTBOARD CORPORATION upon and
over certain real property suY~ject to the aforesaid mortgage,
and the mortgagor has requested the m~rtgagee to subordinate
the lien of its mortgage to the rights and privileges of
CHRYSLER OUTBOARD CORPORATION under the easement; and
WHEREAS, the'mortqagee, in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considera-
tions, desires to subordinate the lien of its mortgage to the
rights of CHRYSLER OUTBOARD CORPORATION under the easement to
be granted to it by the mortgagor;
NOW, THEREP'ORE, in consideration of the premises,
~ the mortgagEe hereby subordinates the lien of its mortgage to

i the rights of CffitYSLER OUTBOA,RD CORPORATION acquired under '

; the grant of easement from the mortgagor upon and over the

real property described in Schedule "A", attached hereto and

Except as herein specified, all of the terms of the
