~ARTIAL RELEASE OF MI~RTGAGE
KNOW ALL MSN BY THBSE PRESENTS: T'hat
WHEREAS, INDIAN RIVER MINERALS, INC., a Florida cor-
poration, hereinafter called the mortgagor, by indenture of
mortgage bearing date the lOth day of April, 1964, and re-
corded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and
for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official
Records Book 87, Page 208, mortgaged unto T8E BARNETT NATIONAL
. BANK OF JACKSONVILLE (now the BARNETT FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
JACKSONVII~L~), a national banking association, hereinafter
called the mortgagee, and its assigns, the premises therein
particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of
One Hundred Eighty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($180,000.00),
with interest as therei.n mentioned; and
WHEREAS, the mortgagor has requested the mortgagee to
release the premises hereinafter described, being part of the
mortgaged preaii.ses, from the lien and operation of the mortgage;
NOW, Tf~REFORE, KNOW YE, that the mortgagee, in con-
sideration of the premises and of the sum of Six Z'housand One
Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($6,100.00) to it in hand paid by,
or on behalf of, the mortgaqor, at the time of the execution `
hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise,
release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and
operation of the mortgage urito the mortgagor, its successors
and assigns, that certain portion of the premises conveyed by z
the mortgage, more particularly described as follows:
The East 200 feet of the West 2,626.95 feet ,
of the South 275 feet of the North 636.6
feet of the Southeast Quarter (SE~) , Section
8, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, St.
Lucie County, Florida.
