EXECUTOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the 26 day of May, 1966, between
Saint Lucie County Bank and Norbert A. Graf as Co-Executors of the
Estate of Catherine M. Hanke, deceased, parties of the first part, and
Norbert A. Graf, individually, and Ann M. Goodman, as tenants in common,
parties of the second part, whose addresses are 8150 West ll9th Street,
Palos Park Illinois, and 971 Iowa Street, Dubuque, Iowa, respectively,
WITNESSETH:
The parties of the first part pursuant to an Order of Distribution

of the County Judge~s Court of Saint Lucie County, Florida dated the 19th
; day of May, A. D. 1966, and in consideration of the premises and the sum
~
= of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10. 00) and other good and valuable considera-
~ tions in hand paid, grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey
and confirm to the parties of the second part, and tn their heirs and assigns

~ forever, that certain real property situate in Saint Lucie County, Florida,

more patticularly described as follows:

~ An undivided one-half interest in and to:
{ Begin at a point 381. 25 feet South of the Northwest corner
~ of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section
; • 26, Township 35 South, Range 40 East; thence South 101. 26

~ the shore of the Indian River; thence in a Northwesterly
