and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.

part, and to their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the parties of the first part do covenant to and with the parties
of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary
to and in and about this conveyance the orders of the above-named Court
and the laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
