THIS DEED OF EASEMENT, made this lst day of
June, 1966, by and between FRANK FEE GROVES, INC. , a Florida
corporation of Fort Pierce, Florida, as first party, and R. S~ EDSALL,

as tenants in common, whose mailing address is c/o R. S. Edsall, Ronte
1, Box 265-L, Vero Beach, .Florida, as parties of the second part;
W I T N E S S E T H: That for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the
party of the first part does hereby give and grant unto the parties of the
second part, their heirs and assigns, the full and free right and liberty
f for them, and their tenants, servants, visitors and licensees, in common
with the grantor, at all times hereafter, to pass and re-pass along a road-
way which is situate on the top or center of grantor's most easterly citrus
tree bed, the centerline of which is parallel with and 83i feet west of the
East line of the NE4 of NE4 of Section 11, Township 35 South, Range 38
East, in St. Lucie County, Florida. The width of the granted right-of-way -

and easement shall be 14 feet, being 7 feet on each side of the afore- ~

mentioned centerline.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the parties of the second
g part, their heirs and assigns as an appurtenance to the land, by them
owned, legally described as follows:

IT IS MUTUALLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that the use of
the hereby granted Easement and Right-of-way shall never interfere with
