grantor in an East-West direction approximately 660 feet South of
the North line of the NE! of the NE4 of said Section 11; provided, how-
ever, the second parties shall, at all times, have the free right and
privilege of bridging, or installing a culvert of proper diameter in, the
aforementioned ditch.
THIS EASEMENT and Right-of-way is granted by first party
to second parties in the knowledge that the right, title and interest of
the second parties received hereunder (together with the herein men-
tioned land by them owned) will be encumbered by a real estate mort-
gage which the parties of the second part expect to execute_ in favor of
The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States.
