The booka and records of Mortgagee containing entries with respect to the Mortgage Obligationa shall be admiasible in evidence in any action or proceeding. ahall be binding upon Mort- ~ ~3gor for the purpose of establiehinq the items therein set forth and shall conatitute prima facie proof thereof. Mortgagee shall have ~ the right to enforce any one or more remediea avaflable to it euc- cessively, alternately or con~urrently. This Mortgage cannot be changed or terminated orally. Z0. It is understood and agreed ~hat if Mortgagor be in~ any default the Mortgagee hereunder may, at ita option, proceed either against this Mortgage, the Notee which it may secure or against one more and/or all securities and/or collateral, and/or against any and/or all Mortgagors, and such proceeding or proceed- inga by the Mortgagee, in any sucn cases, shati not be aeemed an election by the Mortqagee nor preclude Mortqagee from proceeding ~ or taking advantage of any other remedies which Mortgagee may have ~ in connection with ~ny and all other securities and/or coll.ateral. No remedy conferred upon Mortaagee hereby or by any agreement or instrumcnt referred to herein is intended to be exclusive of any other remedy and each and every such remedy shall be cumulative and shall be in addition to every other remedy given thereunder or now or hereafter existing at law or in equity or by statute or otherwise.
