vanced to protect the security or in accordance with coven-
ants contained in the Mortgage.

ment dated, executed ar.d delivered concurrently herewith and
reference is hereby made to said note and supplemental egree-
ment for the full terms and conditions thereof, end the same
are hereby incorporated herein as fully as if written out
verbatim herein, and recor3ed pursuant to 695.0?, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages lls-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie (:ounty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,
and the masculine shEll include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obliga~;ions under this mortgege shall extend to and
be bindin6 upon the respective heirs, executors, admin~strators, #
successors and assigns of the i+iortgagor and Mortgagee. `
