given of the commencement of improvements as followa:
1. Description of real property to be improved:
The East 1/4 of Section I8; The East 1/4 af the North
1/2 of Section 15, Less the South 30 feet thereof; That ;
part of Section 11 and the North 1/2 of Section 14 lying
West of the following described line: Begin at the South-
east corner of the 1Nest 3/4 of the North 1/2 of Section
14, thence run northerly a distance of 7, 962. 35 feet .
moxe or less to the Northeast corner of theWest 3/4
of Section 11 , excepting therefrom the South 30 feet of
the aforesaid North 1/2 of Section 14; all lying and
