THIS 1VARRANTY DEED made the ~ day of ,
A. D. 1966, by SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Trustee under the
Last Will and Testament of B. A. BRO1tIN, Deceased, SYBIL LEVITA
CULVERHOUSE, individually, and GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE, her hus-
band, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Guardian of the Estate of
J~IN BRADFO~tD CiR,VERHOUSE, a minor, and GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE,
JR., and IRENE CULVERHOUSE, his wife, hereinafter called the
Grantors, to RODNEY J. AMATEAU, whose address is 9052 St. Ives,

WTTNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations,

that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee
simple; that the Grantors have good right and lawful authority
