1HIS WARRANTY DEED made the ~ day of ,
A. D. 1966, by SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Trustee under the
Last Will a~d Testament of B. A. BROWN, Deceased, SYBIL LEVITA
CULVERHOUSE, individually, and GEORGE H. CULi/ERHOUSE, her hus-
band, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Guardian of the Estate of
JQ-IN BRADFORD CULVERHOUSE, a minor, and GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE,
JR., and IRENE CULVERHOUSE, liis wife, hereinafter called the
Grantors, to RANDOLPH A. HEARST, ~vhose address is 233 W. Santa Ynez
Avenue, Hillsborough, California, hereinafter called the Grantee:
