WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED made the ~o~ day of ,

Last Will and Testament of B. A. •BR(7WN, Deceased, SYBIL LEVITA
CULVERHOUSE, individually, and GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE, her hus-
band, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Guardian of the Estate of
JOHN BRADFORD CULVERHOUSE, a minor, and GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE,
JR., and IRENE CULVERHOUSE, his wife, hereinafter called the ~
Grantors, to DAVID W. HEARST, whose address is 719 North Beverly '
Drive, Beverly Hills, California, hereinafter called the Grantee:

WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in considera-
