BRaVN, Deceased, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, individually, and GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE, her hus- band, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Guardian of the Estate of JO~-II~1 BRADFORD CULVERHOUSE, a minor, and GEQRGE H. CULVERHOUSE, JR., and IRFNE CULVERHOUSE, his wife, hereinafter called the Grantors, to BARRY L. HIRSCH, whose address is 977?
