WARRANTY DEED
THIS NtARRANTY DEED ~aade the day of
A. D. 1966, by SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Trustee under the
Last Will and Testament of B. A. BRO~VN, Deceased, SYBIL LEVITA
CULVERHOUSE, individually, and GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE, her hus-
band, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Guardian of the Estate of
JOHN BR~IDFORD CULVERHOUSE, a minor, and GEORGE H. CUi.VERHOUSE,
JR., and IRENE CULVERHOUSE, his wife, hereinafter called the
Grantors, to JANTONE ENrERPRISES, INC., a New York curporation,
whose address is Suite 404, 9171 Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills,
California, hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor!'
and "grantee" include a11 the parties to
this instrument and the heirs, legal repre-
sentatives and assigns of individuals, and
the successors and assigns of corporations)
WTTNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto
the Grantee, all that certain land situate in Saint Lucie County,
Florida, viz:
