THIS WARRANTY DEED made the lo ~ day of ~ ,
A. D. 1966, by SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Trustee under the
Last ~vi11 and Testament of B. ~1. BROi:N, D~ceas~d, SYBIL LEE'ITA
CULVERHOUSE, individually, and GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE, her hus-
band, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Guardian of the Estate uf
J0~-iN BRADFORD CULVERHOUSE, a minor, and GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE,
JR., and IRENE CULVERH4USE, his wife, hereinafter called the
Grantors, to JQ-Il~i MERK, whose address is 305 Orangewood Lane,
Largo, Florida, hereinafter called Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor"
and "grantee" include all the parties to
this instrument and the heirs, legal repre-
sentatives and assigns of individuals, and
the successors and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby gran~s, bargains,
se11s, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto
the Grantee, all that certain land situate in Saint Lucie County,
Florida, viz: s
Blocks 49, 50, 51, 58 and 59 of BII.-AIR ;
i QZOVES as per plat thereof recorded in '
~ Plat Book 14, at page 11 of the Public
~ Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ (This Deed is given subject to the easements
; of record, to the restrictive covenants and
~ the dedication of canals, ditches, dikes,
E and roads, as the same are shown on said
~ plat of Bel-Air Groves.) -

TOGETH.ER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
~ appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. j
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. `
