WA~RRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED made the ~ day of ,
A. D. 1966, by SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOiISE, as Trustee under the
Last iti'i11 ~nd Testament of B. A. BRO'4~'r[, Deceased, SYBIL LEVITA
CULVERHOUSE, individually, and GEORGE H. CULVERHOUSE, her hus-
band, SYBIL LEVITA CULVERHOUSE, as Guardian of the Estate of
JOHN BRADFORD CULVERHOUSE, a minor, and GEORGE H. eULVERHOUSE,
JR., and IRENE CULVERHOUSE, his wife, hereinafter called the
,Grantors, to GEORGE W. ~VELLS, whose address is ?16 North Rexford
Drive, Beverly Hills, California, hereinafter caZled the Grantee_
CWherever used herein the terms "grantor"
and "grantee" include all the parties to
this instrumenfi and the heirs, legal repre-
sentatives and assigns of individuals, and
the successors and assigns of corporations)
WTTNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant5, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto
the Grantee, a11 that certain land situate in Saint Lucie County,
Florida, viz:
Blocks S5, 56 and 5? of HEL-AIR (~tOVES
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 14, at page 11 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
CThis Deed is given subject to the easements
of record, to the restrictive covenants and
the dedication of canals, ditches, dikes,
and roads, as the same are shown on said
plat of Bel-Air Groves.)
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in f ee simple f orever .
AND the Grantors hereby covenant wi~h said Grantee

that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said Iand in fee ~
simple; that the Grantors have good right and lawful authority
to sell and convey said land; that the Grantors hereby fully
warrant the title tosaid land and will defend the same against
